Facts & Figures was established in 1994 by Terry Holmes. Based in Edinburgh, Scotland, Terry leads a team of qualified and experienced staff whose aim is to give the highest level of professional and practical support to our growing client base.

Terry Holmes

Qualified Chartered Certified Accountant since 1975. Worked 21 years in Industry as Finance Director and Company Secretary with 3 companies and 19 years in the accountancy profession, the last 13 as principal of Facts and Figures.

Donald Ferguson

Qualified Chartered Certified Accountant since 1973. Worked 24 years in Industry as Finance Director and Company Secretary with a company and 10 years in the accountancy profession, the last 7 as principal of Ferguson & Co, Chartered Accountants, associates of Facts & Figures.

Linda Gibson

Highly experienced SAGE Line 50 and Payroll technician and Sage operator trainer.

Ewa Kidon

Following secondment for 6 months under the Leonardo da Vinci programme, a graduate of Katowice University, Poland and ACCA student.

Nadine Blackhall

Nadine studied at Jewel & Esk Valley and then Stevenson College and graduated in 2007 with an HND in Accountancy. Nadine is now an ACCA student.

Anna MacKenzie

Anna is a graduate of Aberdeen University where she obtained an MA in European Management Studies. Anna is now an ACCA student.
